Our streamlined process ensures that your exchange or refund is handled with the same premium care as your initial order.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items back into their original Vault X EU packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
